We offer online computer repair and support. We'll fix your computer problems over the Internet while you watch or we can expedite a technician to your business, anywhere in the U.S.
All for a lower price than full on-site service. First hour minimum is only $39.95 each additional hours is $25.00. First hour (Minimum) needs prepaid before starting online support, or you have to have a valid support contract. Please call 909-918-6612 for details.

How it works:
- Call us at 909-918-6612 to setup a time for online support.
- Be in front of computer being serviced at the agreed upon time for the service.
- When the technician calls, they will walk you through connecting with us.
Sometimes you may not be able to use online support to fix your computer. This may be due to no Internet connection, a Virus, (although we remove viruses all the time with online support) or any number of things. Still give us a call, we may be able to get you going with just a phone call. And if we can't fix it, we will refund your money, or apply it to your on-site service if applicable.
