ON-SITE SERVICES BEYOND REMOTE SERVICES
Additional Terms and Conditions if a technician needs to do on-site service. (But is not limited to this Terms of Service (TOS) Contract. Additional terms may also be inforce along with all the terms stated above this line and below this line.
INSTALLATION AUTHORIZATION
For on-site services, a person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. If no adult is present when the Doctor Micro agent arrives, services will be denied and a $130 cancellation charge will be assessed.
ACCESS
The Doctor Micro technician must have 1) access to your residence or business and the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, 2) your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, 3) a safe working environment, work space, and 4) electrical power. If the Doctor Micro technician determines that these conditions have not been met, services will be denied and a $130 cancellation charge assessed.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Additional miscellaneous product items may be billed separately; such as additional cables or other supplies needed to complete work or projects. Parking expenses and tolls, if applicable, shall also be billed.
TANGIBLE PRODUCTS:
All products will be billed at quoted prices. Doctor Micro is not responsible for product warranties. All product warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to periodically update this agreement. The latest copy of the agreement will be available on our website www.doctormicro.net. By continuing to use the Website and/or Doctor Micro's services you acknowledge agreement to such amendments.
